The landscape concept for the development is based on layers of landscape terraces at various levels, overlooking each other and the larger landscape beyond the development, thereby extending the landscape beyond a space-constrained site. 

The entrance is framed by large existing Rain trees, with spreading canopies extending into the edge of the development.  Below the Rain trees’ canopies, an open lawn slopes away from the drop-off plaza, merging with the external green, making the boundary of the development disappear.  A grove of columnar trees arranged in a grid on the rolling lawn, marks the entrance to the development.
