KP Towers is a Grade A commercial building in the heart of Delhi. It was built to the highest international standards to accommodate multi-national corporations. The landscape design was a central feature in the identity and marketing of the project. Based on an orthogonal pattern language, the landscape design extends from the interior to the exterior to create a distinctive and seamless integration of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The interior reception, lobbies and corridors are framed by floor to ceiling green walls and water walls to create an inviting and memorable green oasis. The external landscape is comprised of a series of intimate courtyards and outdoor rooms to provide office workers with areas to socialize and conduct informal gatherings and meetings. The robust design minimizes maintenance by utilizing native plant materials and stones for the hardscape. The timeless landscape design complements and enhance the modern building to create a holistic and integrated project.
