The landscape concept was based on a pixels pattern, in line with the architectural form derived from an urban grid. The distinctive design gives the project an unmistakable identity of modern / contemporary urban living. There is a 50m lap pool in the central landscape area. The paving from the walkway, steps down into the pool, in a series of platforms at different levels, forming spaces for different uses next to the lap pool: social water terraces, jacuzzi and jacuzzi lounger pockets.
